Introduction

Many people have had trying experiences with bathroom, kitchen and other types of remodeling and installation projects. Our goal is to work closely with the customers to ensure their complete satisfaction. We pride ourselves on building trust with our clients with frequent and honest communications, to make the experience as smooth and stress free as possible. We look to deliver excellent results that exceed our clients' expectations. The only surprise we want our clients to have is delight in the finished product. I really enjoy the creative process of working with clients to create beautiful designs and seeing them realized. There is nothing that satisfies me more than seeing the excitement of satisfied customers and their excitement with the results of our work.

Q&A

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I have always had an eye for design and pursued it in college and as a hobby. I had the opportunity to work in some Chicago area tile design showrooms and wanted to turn my hobby into a full-time career. That led me to opening my own design and construction practice.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We provide the full range of services including design, tile installation, and the construction and remodeling of kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, entryways, and fireplaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
We recently completed a bathroom remodeling project that turned a very dated, 80s-style bathroom into a beautiful, modern spa-like retreat. We converted the combined the basic fiberglass tub and single shower into a massive dual shower with limestone tile, brushed nickel fixtures, a beautiful glass door, and heated porcelain floors. The project involved a complete demolition of the bathroom and fixtures. We bumped out a wall to expand the scope of the shower, framed the new shower stall, installed electrical units and lighting, and extended the plumbing to the opposite wall accommodate the dual shower fixtures. We created accents in the shower using glass mosaic tiles to provide pops of color. (Pictures are included in our gallery).
