What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing varies per job and scope of work as with any project. Discounts are available to 1st responders and seniors. (Military, Police, Fire/EMT, Teachers and Hospital Staffing) Discount only applies on labor.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

1. Have a discussion about the project, timelines, expectations and the results you desire upon completion to make sure we are a great fit working together. 2. Onsite visit to walk the project area and brainstorm ideas together to make your dream a reality. 3. Now it comes the time where we will provide you with a proposal to complete the work and schedule.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

OSHA Certified Asbestos Certified LEAD Certified

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My entire family is in the trades. I started driving around with my Grandfather at the age of 3 and absolutely loved every minute of it, as I do with my kids now. I was blessed to have the opportunity and family business to learn and grow my skill set (office work isn't for everyone)

What types of customers have you worked with?

Our team has worked on million dollar projects down to a hundred dollar repair. We have worked in residential, commercial, HOA, and industrial.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently received a call about converting a bathtub into a walk in shower. My customers elderly mother was moving from Texas to Chicago in 3 days due to health problems. We were able to complete the project (started next the next morning as this was a rush) in 2 days with a walk in shower, glass shower doors and grab bars so she was able to have her mother home.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Quality, Pride, Craftmanship, and Respect. Look for genuine contractors willing to be real and tell you the honest truth about your project not just selling hopes and dreams.
