What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer packages for home owners simply looking to get their shower and bathtub professionally cleaned and refreshed. This service is flat rate of $400 for a single shower, it includes steam cleaning your tile and grout with our proprietary steam cleaning machine, we seal the tiles and grout after the cleaning making maintenance and cleaning for the home owner a breeze. No more watching You Tube and Tik-Tok videos on how to remove black mold and mildew (they don't work). We are family owned and operated in Chicago.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will schedule an estimate appointment and perform the job on the spot depending on the work that needs to be done otherwise we will schedule the job with 1-2 business days.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started repairing tile and grout in large commercial and residential high rise buildings in Chicago and after many years working for a large property management company we broke off and started our own small business, The Grout Medic of North Chicago. We are family driven and have enjoyed serving other families in the Chicago land area.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have been focusing on restoring the beauty of original tile in Chicago bathrooms. We take pride in restoring your standard bathroom shower with 4inx4in tiles along the walls, restoring the grout, caulk, and shine of the shower for a very affordable price.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

We provide a very specific service for cleaning and restoring tile and grout - therefore we are very well train and experienced in these areas and take pride in bringing the original tile and grout of a home back to life and saving home owners thousands of dollars from replacement.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Where is the source of the black mold and mildew coming from? You need to correct the issue before cleaning and sealing your tile and grout. Be sure to have the source of moisture identified. We identify the source of moisture, correct the problem and then clean and seal. You wont have to scrub your tile and grout for the next 5 years.
