What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each project is different. Depending on layout, square footage and tile size that's why is important to see it in person and discuss what is more convenient for you.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will reach out to the customer as soon as possible to provide an estimate. If necessary, I will ask If I can drive out to their home or business to discuss the project and personally get a feel for the job and give them more of an accurate estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In California I had taken safety classes, I took a 6 month curse to receive my tile contractors license

How did you get started doing this type of work?

As a kid on my summers vacations, I would work with my father and cousins and really enjoyed the work, through time It became more of a profession and till this day I love what I do!

What types of customers have you worked with?

In my 18 years in tile I have worked with general contractors, designers, superintendents, architects, investors, homeowners... to come to an agreement with the tile project

Make sure to contact some references!

How long will it take to complete? do you have any references? how many people will be working in my home?
