What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We have competative pricing. Its priced by the sq ft and sq yard.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will call to get some information on what you are looking for so when we come out to the appointment we have lots of options. We will measure and go over samples in your home. After we get all the information and you find a flooring you love, we will get you an estimate withing 24 hours unless otherwise discussed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have continued education on the products that we sell and upcoming trends.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a Kitchen and Bath Designer for 17 years. I had the opportunity to open a flooring franchise and jumped at the chance. It was a wonderful opportunity to incorporate my love for design and have a business of my own.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with residential homeowners in all budgets. Also we do light commercial and love working with builders and contractors!

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a luxury vinyl plank job that took 2 days. It was a large room over the garage. They were transforming the room from a young kids playroom to a teenage hangout. The transformation was beautiful!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure they are insured and know their products. We do a lot of repair work because guys say they can install flooring. The wrong products are installed and installed improperly.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

The least expensive option isn't always the best option for your project. It doesn't have to be an expensive product but make sure it is being done correctly and not cutting corners.
