As a Factory Outlet we offer value on a variety of merchandise for the home improvement industry. Items such as windows, roofing, gutters, flooring, counter tops, mattresses and furnishings. Our diversity often begs the phrase, "Don't buy anything until you check with us" or "if we don't have it you probably don't need it!!" LOL!! We can provide installation where needed but sometimes we provide just the merchandise. Our prices are better because we order the items as needed maintaining a very low overhead. Quality and service are top priorities at The Factory Outlet!! Give us a chance to compete for your home improvement needs........

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

after contact is made we set an appointment to look at samples, measure area to be serviced, go over a plan to complete the job.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Bachelors Degree in Business Administration.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

as a business major, I always wanted to own my own business. When I had the opportunity to take over my father-in-laws company, I jumped at the chance. I welcomed the challenges to grow the business yet all the while adding services to enhance our customer base.

What types of customers have you worked with?

People from all walks of life. Contractors, designers, but my favorite customer is someone doing their own projects who will appreciate value, quality and service after the sale.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

a roofing job that only took 1 1/2 days to complete from start to finish!! Customer was thrilled how clean the yard was when we left.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Let us earn your business, but more important your trust.
