What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Regarding my values, it's super easy to understand, I work in two ways: hourly and with a fixed price. We will decide this when the customer gets in touch, I never charge more than agreed.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If the client wants to work with me, they just need to get in touch via Thumbtack, send me information about what needs to be done and we will send an estimate and explain what will be done and agree on a price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I've been working in the construction industry for a long time, I worked with building construction in Brazil, and when I arrived here in the USA, I worked for some people for 3 years until I decided to open my own business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working with Thumbtack because I can organize my work day and time, and I get to know more people and that's good for my company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a lot of the most carious types of people possible. For me there is only one rule, the client has to be respectful, just like I am with everyone, for me it doesn't matter race, age, sexual orientation, religion, respect is perfect.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I like most of the tasks that are related to the handyman service, I always try to do it well and at a fair price for both the client and myself, so that in the end everything ends well.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The advantage that the client has in hiring me is my excellent reviews that I have on my Thumbtack profile, 100% of clients are satisfied with the work, and most of them call me again.
