I offer free on site estimates as well as virtual estimates. Military and Senior discounts are also offered. I service many communities with both interior and exterior repairs and improvements.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is based by job, complexity and time needed. I do offer military and senior discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Text is the easiest way to communicate, as it is hard to talk when on job sites. I seek as much detail about the job to provide an accurate virtual estimate. Large jobs, those over $300 or take multiple days require a 50% deposit prior to starting. Balance due upon job completion. I can uae customer's materials or work with them on jobs rhat I can get what is needed. All details agreed upon prior to work. Onsite estimates can be scheduled and are always free!

I have over 30 years of hands-on work experience in a wide range of home improvement catigories.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Recently completed a full deck refurbish for an elderly Vet. He couldn't afford what he originally wanted, and was going to cancel the job due to cost. I worked with him to find alternative solutions that allowed him to have it done for far less, and below his avail. budget. We transformed his 25 year old deck to almost like-new condition. Making it appealing & more importantly safe again for him & his wife.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do not let one thing decide who you hire. Price is really not everything; and that goes both ways. You want some one that is reliable, honest & does quality work. Take time to review profiles & reviews. The quality and value you get from who you hire is what really matters.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How complex is the job and realistically how long it will take. If your unsure, it's ok too ask. These two factors are the largest in determining cost. If it's not realistic that the customer could be facing sticker-shock when quoted.
