What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am very flexible with the prices! I will work with the customer to reach and agreement that works for both sides.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

For me it’s important to look at the space, talk to the customer regarding the design they have in mind, and give suggestions to make sure that the end product is what the customer was looking for.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been doing this job for 20 years now. I received an excellent training from a big company in Greece and also at the same time I took classes in a professional school for tile installers and repairs.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started as a helper 20 years ago in a big company. I learned a lot of details about the installation of the tiles in that company.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with commercial and residential customers

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a backsplash in Novi and it took me two days . The projects that I work with don’t take more than 7 days. It depends on what of job it is.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

When I want to hire somebody, at first I check the profile and the reviews. I would suggest to do the same.

They should go through questions about pricing, availability and suggestions about materials and supplies.
