I strive to always provide honest and fair pricing. As an owner operator my overhead is less than bigger companies while also being able to provide personalized service for each client.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Discovery Call 📞 (Where I learn about your project and give you a ballpark price.) Onsite Consultation (We walk through the space together and I take measurements.) Project Development (We plan your project completely with design and layout.) Onsite Construction (The physical work of transforming your space begins)

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a masters in organizational leadership and a general contractor license for the state of Minnesota.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I’ve been building and creating things since I was a kid, grew up in a construction family.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with older couples babysitting their grandkids throughout their project, families who are out of town for the entire project, young married couples excitedly wanting their project done before the baby comes, young family of 4 with their only bathroom destroyed by water damage, a doctor who wanted a gorgeous master bathroom they could show friends, a young couple who brought their own design.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently completed an upstairs master bathroom remodel where the floor framing had significant structural damage. The floor was holding up a large soaking tub and was right above the dining room table where they would often eat breakfast together. We were able to fix it right by sourcing an engineered repair bracket and expediting the shipping so we wouldn’t loose any time in the schedule. The building inspector commended me for repairing it the right way. From start to finish these homeowners were very impressed with our process and our craftsmanship. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Send pictures of your current space and inspiration photos and a description with your request for an estimate.

How much do you want to invest financially? When would you like the project completed? What has your previous experience with contractors been?
