We can restore, clean, repair, or install tile and grout. Our location has been offering award-winning services for 3 decades. Each Grout Medic technician is trained in our own facility and must pass rigorous training and only then are they qualified to work in your home The Grout Medic comes to your home to evaluate your needs and prescribe to perform the procedures for you in a professional and courteous manner while exceeding your expectations. Each individual job we perform is designed to bring your grout and tile back to life and protect it for years to come. Our office staff is fully trained and available to answer your calls and questions Monday - Friday from 9 am - 5 pm.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Out pricing is fair. it is based on the time it takes to properly complete the job to the proper specifications.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We contact the customer, set up an in home estimate appointment and then schedule the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

This trade is not something that you find easily in the open market. Most of our technicians have completed our inhouse training program and have then spent a significant time as a helper. Then they work their way up to a Senior Technician. Our Tile Installers have over 10 years experience to be considered for employment.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Our company has been in business for over 20 years, the owners have experience building homes and recognized this untapped niche'.

We have completed over 5,000 projects in the past few years. Each job is just as important as the next.

In NJ, you MUST me licensed, insured and post a surety bond. We have all three plus over 500 5 star Google reviews.
