What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The client must know that we do not give prices through phone calls or emails if they first see the work and know about the material, color or design since each material or design has very different processes, the estimates and fixed prices, the damages when we verify all that and if there is any discount we let the client know.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our process with a new client is to have a personal appointment where we can explain the entire process that will be involved in their project and, above all, respond to all their concerns.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have very good training on the pre-installation and manufacturing of each material, just as we know how to apply the products correctly.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started 21 years ago in a company and for 3 years I have owned my own company, so I have the experience required to provide you with the best service.

The Kamil G project was a 420 square foot project that was completed to the client’s complete satisfaction. It was completed in 4 days, tile and grout installation.

The advice we give you is that if you are ready to carry out your project, take into account the time you are going to carry out the work and the budget of your work.
