Introduction

For the past 30 years I have had experience in leading construction workers with building and overseeing maintenance jobs as well as maintaining my own construction company. KEZO Group is a New York City based privately owned ‘Luxury Service Construction Company’. I only hire professionals devoted to delivering ‘the absolute best’ with the understanding our customers are our greatest concern and priority. We routinely assist clients who prefer the professionalism and delivery of a high-end premium service. From personal clients to private interior designers, major companies, professional art galleries, and well-known celebrities we will take care of all your construction needs. A few of our many specialties include repairing or replacing cabinets, vanities, faucets, tile, doors and windows. Installing drywall and flooring. Assembling furniture inclusive of brands such as Ikea, Container Store, RH, and CB2. Building and installing custom shelving and finishing carpentry work. We also specialize in hanging artwork, mirrors, ac units and tv's on brick, cement & plaster. We have worked on many remodeling jobs from start to finish, owning all the tools necessary to do the work we do. We have a 4 hour minimum house call per each job. KEZO Group is fully insured and provide a COI when needed. Over the years, demand for our quality work has increased dramatically. Our company has grown but our principles have remained the same. We still focus on one job at a time ensuring our customers' satisfaction. We still LOVE working with our customers, enjoying the project from start to finish, and seeing the smile on our customers' faces. I still have a touch of OCD 😀 when it comes to neat and orderly work and clean-up. Now I have a touch of OCD for everyone that works for us. Everyone must still be punctual and have a sense of accomplishment on every job that they finish! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I am flexible and will try to accommodate your budget. I tend to think my rates are a bit higher than most but I work faster than the energizer bunny and our workers do not take breaks.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Smile, handshake, and making our clients feel comfortable and confident on the jobs we are about to perform.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in this field for the past 25 to 30 years in all types of construction and management with properties. I have done subcontracting jobs in the New England area. All our workers have a great resume in the field.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started off as a construction laborer working my way up to owning my own small business in residential work. Moving to NYC and one thing led to another and here we are. The BEST handyman service available in NYC! Come try us!

What types of customers have you worked with?

For the most part my work has consisted of working with home owners and property management companies. Today we work with everyone including personal clients to interior designers, major companies, professional art galleries, and well-known celebrities. No project is to small or to large for Kezo Management handyman services.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all the work I do......my most recent job was installing a base cabinet, countertop, sink and faucet. I had to remove the old materials before installing the new set-up. The job took approximately 8 hours from start to finish. My second job was watching the new innovative work we did at SuperGoop!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone who you can feel comfortable communicating with in a professional manner that can understand your needs with your particular job.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Making sure the professional you hire shows up when he tells you he is going to show. The person should be knowledgable about the job he is about to take-on. Understand the expectations of the project as well as always realizing that the customer is the top priority and always comes first.
