What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

The pricing is always reasonable. Sometimes we will also provide discounts.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First we will take a look at the work and then we will provide an estimate price for the work. After that, we will both sign off on a contract and the customer will pay an initial deposit. Then, with the customer we will determine a time frame and complete the work within that time frame. After the work is completed, the customer will pay the rest of the price.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been working in a construction business for about 17 years now and have a lot of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started working under a construction company in 1996. Then in 2003, I started my own construction business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with costumers within the residential, commercial, and industrial fields.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I renovated an apartment, installed brick walls, concrete work, and installed a roof. It took me about 4 months to complete.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I am a construction worker with 17 years of experience and experience is a key component of obtaining great results on a project.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should think about whether or not they are truly sure about completing this project. They should think about what they want to do and between what time frame they would like it be completed.
