We are not the cheapest option nor will we ever be. If you are just looking to “get the job done” for as cheap as you can please do not message us! We take pride in what we do and I have spent many years learning my trade. If you want quality and craftsmanship, and a crew that cares about your house in every aspect. (Dust, hvac system, protected floors and daily cleanup) then we are a great fit. We specialize in anything to do with tile. Showers and bathrooms specifically. I have been doing this for as long as I could pick up a tile trowel and guarantee top tier work.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our pricing is based on the time it takes to produce a quality product, we are not into competitive bidding when it comes to residential remodel work. Our price will include peace of mind that all steps were taken with care, small things are never overlooked and the time is always taken upfront to make sure things are done to last.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Typically the customer would get ahold of me and after confirming budgets align we setup a time to meet in person, I’ll then email you a detailed, itemized estimate. If hired the client will be informed of the start date, what materials are required and when we will finish. We protect all of your house that our boots step on. All of our working areas will be protected

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The best education when it comes to this line of work. Hands on. Constantly learning about new processes, underlayments, larger tiles, this industry is changing every year and it’s important to stay in the loop by attending trade shows etc.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Working for a relative early on out of highschool and progressed from there! I didn’t expect to fall in love with it but here we are.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Mostly home owners, we also do commercial work and new builds but we specialize in custom remodels

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do your research and ask about them in your community, Facebook pages etc! The cheapest price is not always the best deal

What is your specific area of expertise? How long have you been doing it? What do you love most about your trade? Do you do the work or do you subcontract the work?
