What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Our prices are based on the amount of sq.ft. Our prices include leveling materials and labor floor installation labor and shoe mold or quarter round and reducers materials and labor unless we specifically mention a just labor cost on our estimate.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

If our costumer can provide us with all the information needed we can provide an estimate like the amount of sq.ft needed to be installed and what is the current floor or we can also set up a free on-site-estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Us flooring professionals don’t go to an actual flooring school but learn as we work on the field. We go from helpers to professionals to supervisors

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Family owned business. We have been in business for over 10 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have work with all kinds of costumers and we have done projects from up to 6,000 sq.ft of flooring to install to projects as small as replacing 2 or 3 boards.

Don’t look for the lowest price but for the best quality for a reasonable price.

Do you level or float the the floor before installation? Leveling is the second step to installing your new floor and it’s one of the most important to provide a professional installation.
