We buy direct from manufacturer so we offer wholesale prices on our flooring which saves the customers money.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Go out and meet discuss the project, ask questions, make suggestions, show samples in the home, measure all areas needed and provide a free estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

B. A. in Business Admin., Certified Carpet Cleaning and repairs. Fifteen years in the flooring industry here in DFW. Flooring specialist training Lowes Inc

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was trained as a flooring specialist at Lowes Inc. in all flooring. I also took a certification class for carpet cleaning and trained in water restorations. I also learned carpet repairs and stretching from my installers.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Home owners, Pastors, and commercial retail stores.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We just finished a project for a couple off Country Club in Mansfield. We took them samples five different times and trip to Shaw showcase to find the floor, texture and color that they loved. We take price in not pushing a job on any customer and a customer satisfaction is our priority on all jobs.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Referrals, references and knowledge of the installer that will be in your home actually doing the labor.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Budget, preparing, flooring type, style, and color compliments room and furniture, dates, check out pricing of materials, and references for installer.
