We’ll ask for basic details like square footage, location, and any existing plans or permits. Site Visit (If Needed) For larger or complex jobs, we’ll schedule a free on-site visit to evaluate the space, take measurements, and discuss options in person. Detailed Estimate & Timeline After gathering all info, we’ll provide a clear, itemized estimate with an estimated timeline for completion. We’re happy to walk you through each line item. Scheduling & Kickoff Once the estimate is approved, we set a start date, finalize the scope, and sign an agreement. We’ll also confirm material selections and permits if required. How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started in construction by helping with family projects and quickly developed a passion for building. Over time, I gained hands-on experience and decided to start Meera Construction to provide quality, reliable service for both residential and commercial projects.

We’ve worked with a wide range of customers, including homeowners, business owners, and franchise clients. Our experience covers both residential renovations and commercial build-outs like retail stores and office spaces.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project we’re especially proud of is a 10,000 sq. ft. daycare center we recently completed. It involved full interior build-out, including classrooms, restrooms, kitchen, offices, and ADA-compliant features. We managed everything from framing and MEP coordination to final finishes. The project took approximately 10 weeks to complete and was delivered on time and within budget. It was a rewarding experience helping create a safe, welcoming space for children and staff.
