Our pricing is based on the square footage of the project and includes the following: 1. Furniture moving 2. Removal and haul away of your existing floors 3. Subfloor preparation 4. New flooring including pad and underlayments 5. Installation of your new floors 6. Trim including quarter round and baseboards

We love working with new customers and helping them get the floors of their dreams. We come to your home with our Mobile Showroom loaded with over 3,000 flooring samples of carpet, hardwood, tile, laminate, and luxury vinyl. Our Design Associate will meet with you to understand your vision for your space and then show you samples that match your budget, lifestyle (pets, kids, etc), and design. During your in-home appointment, we'll measure your space and give you a down-to-the-penny quote. We'll then order your flooring and work with you to schedule the installation. We keep in constant communication throughout the whole process. On the morning of your installation day, your Design Associate will meet with you and the installation team to walk through the project. At the end of the installation, we'll do a final walk-through with you. Most of our installations are done in one day!

We recently worked with an older couple that had significant damage to their upstairs carpet due to pets. They were looking to replace the carpet with a hickory waterproof laminate but worried that the pet urine odor had permeated the subfloor and baseboards. We were able to remove the soiled carpet and then apply a treatment to the subfloor and baseboards to address the pet odor. After ensuring the odor was fully removed, we then installed their beautiful new waterproof laminate floors. Seeing the joy on their faces as they viewed their new floors and couldn't smell pet odor anymore, was priceless!

Make sure you are comparing proposals evenly and that each proposal includes the same scope of work, square footage, and quality of product. Many companies will use less quality products and slip in extra charges at the end to keep their estimates low.

Make sure the estimates you are receiving include all aspects of the project including furniture moving, removal and haul away of your old flooring, underlayments and carpet padding, subfloor preparation, trim work, and tax. Our estimates are all-inclusive.
