We appreciate our customers. We schedule at the customer's convenience. There are no hidden charges in our quotes. We strive for customer satisfaction and offer competitive pricing.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

The owner/operator has had extensive professional trainings and a decade of experience in both commercial and residential cleaning and restoration services.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

We started in the carpet cleaning business after working for two nationwide carpet cleaning companies. We realized that we could provide a better service at a better price.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We enjoy working with our customers and recently had the opportunity to complete a grout sealant hand painted application in a terracotta tile kitchen that made a night and day difference and left our customers happy with the dramatic results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Truck mounted units provide sustained higher temperatures (constant heat - minimum 230 degrees). They also provide superior suction to remove all dirt and allergens, and drastically reduce the drying time for your carpet/padding which reduces the opportunity for mold and mildew to grow in your carpet and padding. You should actually see steam coming from the tool that they are using, or it is just hot water which will saturate your padding and carpet.
