Our company is committed to delivering high-quality products/services, and We believe in offering fair, transparent pricing. While we don’t cut corners on quality, we strive to keep our prices competitive and reasonable. What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

unfold fold
Our typical process for working with a new customer starts with an onsite appointment to assess your needs and get a better understanding of the project. After that, we provide a detailed proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and costs. Once the proposal is reviewed and approved, we’ll schedule a start date and begin the work. We focus on clear communication at every step to ensure everything meets your expectations and is completed on time.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

unfold fold
Our team has undergone professional training in their respective fields, including becoming certified tilers, plumbers, and specialists in other areas. In addition to the formal education and certifications, we also work closely with experienced professionals to ensure that we’re always learning and minimizing any potential slip-ups. This combination of hands-on training and real-world experience helps us deliver high-quality results with every project.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

unfold fold
I got started in this line of work because it’s a family business. Growing up, I watched my dad do incredible work, and his passion for what he did inspired me to follow in his footsteps. I joined a union to gain hands-on experience and learn the ins and outs of remodeling. Since then, I’ve taken that knowledge and experience and built my own company, where we focus on providing top-notch services and continuing the legacy of quality work that I’ve always admired.

What types of customers have you worked with?

unfold fold
I work with all kinds of customers, handling everything from simple tile installations to more complex bathroom remodels and kitchen renovations. Whether it's a small update or a full renovation, I’m here to help bring each customer’s vision to life. No project is too big or small, and I take pride in delivering high-quality results for every type of customer.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

unfold fold
One project that stands out for me was a kitchen backsplash we recently completed. The previous company had messed up the pattern, rushing through the job and not paying attention to the details. The tile we were working with wasn’t the easiest to work with, but we took our time and made sure everything was perfectly aligned. In the end, we were able to deliver exactly what the client wanted, and it turned out to be their dream kitchen. It was really satisfying to see the transformation and know we’d fixed the issues with care and quality craftsmanship. The whole project took about a week, and the client was thrilled with the results.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
My advice would be to hire a provider who truly fits your specific needs and understands the vision for your project. It’s also important to choose a company that values good communication—whether it’s about timelines, budget, or any changes that come up. Clear communication makes the entire process smoother and ensures that you’re on the same page every step of the way. You won’t regret working with a team that prioritizes both quality and transparency.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

unfold fold
Before talking to a professional, customers should really think about what their vision is for the project—what they’re hoping to achieve and the details they want to include. The more specific they can be about what they’re looking for, the better. It’s also important to have a clear idea of the budget they’re willing to spend, as this helps ensure that expectations are realistic and aligned with what can be done. Knowing these two things upfront can make the whole process more efficient and help professionals give a more accurate proposal.
