What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

To be professional we have to have better tools, good educational, knowledgeable processes of our work. It takes a lot of time to get there. The price I’m doing by project. I come and look on a project and 1-2 days I sent proposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To explain customer how the work will be done . I tell them how I will do my work step by step if they requested and interested.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

1). AAA Residential and Light Commercial Carpentry Technology Degrees. 2). AAA Accounting Degrees

How did you get started doing this type of work?

My dad thought me a lot of the construction work. When I done with my college degrees my friend referral my name to the Seattle tiles company, where I improved my tiles skills and get to the tiles work.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I would like to work with customers who wants to do professional work. I’d like to talk with my customers about each detail before I start.

Usually to remodel the shower and floor it takes between one to two weeks. It depends on the size, details: soup dishes, curb, liners, tiles sizes and…

Meet professionals and talk to them how they will do step by step their work and talk about each details they will do.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

How professional can explain the process and step by step of his work. What is more important in tiles work. preparation or instigation the tiles. I think preparation is very important in tiles work. When we do perfect preparation it’s easy to install tiles.
