Our pricing is transparent and based on the size and complexity of the project. We offer competitive rates and occasionally run promotions for larger projects. It’s important for customers to understand that there may be additional costs for specialty materials or unforeseen issues that arise during installation.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, we start with an initial consultation to understand their vision and preferences. After that, we provide a detailed estimate. Once everything is approved, we schedule the work and maintain open communication throughout the project to ensure satisfaction.

I began my journey in the tile industry as a helper for a local contractor during my middle and high school summers. I quickly developed a passion for tile design and installation, eventually pursuing it as a full-time career. Over the years, I have continually honed my skills through hands-on experience and training. Deciding to open my own business in 2019 and aim to provide quality work to homeowners and contractors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with a diverse range of customers, including homeowners looking to remodel their kitchens and bathrooms, real estate developers seeking to enhance property value, and businesses wanting to create an inviting atmosphere for their customers. Additionally, we’ve collaborated with interior designers and architects on various projects, ensuring that our tile work aligns with their overall vision. Our clientele varies from first-time homeowners to seasoned property investors, allowing us to adapt our services to meet different needs and preferences.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent project we are particularly fond of involved a complete bathroom remodel for a customer looking to create a serene, spa-like atmosphere. The project included custom tile work, flooring, and installing a new shower. It took approximately six weeks from start to finish, and the transformation was stunning!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

unfold fold
I recommend customers research potential providers thoroughly. Look for reviews and ask for references. It’s also important to schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and gauge how well the provider communicates and understands your needs.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Customers should consider the project’s scope, budget, and timeline. It’s also helpful to think about specific styles, colors, and materials they are interested in, as well as any potential obstacles like existing structures or plumbing that could affect the project.
