What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We are a FULL SERVICE Flooring, Cabinet and Countertop Company. We install what we sell. From Design Consults in our Showroom to onsite measuring, to the final install. Estimates are given after product selection from our showroom and onsite measuring if necessary. 50% deposit and contract signature before orders are placed after an estimate is accepted. Balance due upon completion.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Our showrooms are the best tools for all of us. We highly recommend calling for an appointment (not required) to come into one of our showrooms for a consult for any project. Our pros can recommend the best products for your home and way of life.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

With over 20 years in business and professionals on staff with more years than that. We have the right answer and solution for your new home or remodel.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

In 1938 our family owned business started as a sawmill progressing into hardwood flooring manufacturing in the 1980's. With our connections in the industry it was only right for us to expand our selections and services.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with Homeowners, Business Owners, Builders, Remodelers, etc. We can provide just the products for you or your existing professional to install or we can install it for you.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

These projects are always something that can take time. Please plan ahead and be realistic about your timeline.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What's my timeline? What is my budget? Is the product I like the look of right for my home and how I will use it?
