What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Each project is special and even two similar projects can be really different and due to many nuances it is difficult to say a specific price. However, I always try to give discounts to regular customers

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new client, the very first thing is of course getting to know each other. Find out what problem the client has in as much detail as possible in order to draw up a detailed plan for solving it. And of course, discuss the price

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I didn’t graduate from any special institute or college. It’s more of an experience of doing work when you know in practice what will be better in a given situation.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This project was not something new for me, because I have been doing this for more than 15 years.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I try to work with all types of clients, regardless of age, origin or skin color. The only thing I don’t like is when a client starts being rude. Because you can always find the best solution.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One of the last projects I did was a ramp for a disabled person. It was necessary to make a soft passage through the door so that the wheelchair would not tip over. The thing with this project was that I really felt like I was helping a person.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Look for someone with experience and the right tools, who doesn’t overcharge for their work, and who doesn’t ask for too little, because that’s suspicious.

I think we need to clarify what exactly he will do, how he will do it, how much time it will take him and what the cost of the project will be.
