When it comes to grout we can scrub your grout with our side by side floor machine with a sturdy brush that wont damage your floors. Sometimes your grout is really bonded from spills and dirt to the grout over the years or some times a bad mix of grout when installed. Our process to resolve discolored grout is called "MAKING OLD GROUT LOOK LIKE NEW" when this process is needed it is called a "GROUT STAIN" to where you can either match the color of original grout color to where you can change the color of your grout to the color you want. This grout stain is a water base sealer and lasts up to 5 to 10 years to where all other sealers last up to 1 to 2 years depending on what kind of tiles are protected with the 511 Porurus Plus Sealer. I have trained each of my guys that have been with me for over 5 years and I am old school on these floors witch to me are the wright way of doing Restoration on Natural Stone. I have 19 years in servicing all of Arizona and I have a Certificate of Marble and Crystalizing Natural Stone. I have trained my crews when it comes to Natural Stone and Restoration customers come first.

I was introduce to this type of work back in 1999. I worked for this big Granite shop that made Granite tops and installed all natural stone in Residential homes that were getting built in Scottsdale and thru out the valley. I happened to get hire as a driver and was trained to clean and seal floors. We had a lot of customers because the company I worked for also did remodels for Camelot Homes, Shea Homes all these big builders that were coming to build homes out in Scottsdale, Az. and some parts of the valley. Well when people bought homes the company I worked for had contracts for installing all Natural Stone and Granite tops in their kitchen and restroom in the homes purchased. So here is where I came in , I will get a work order to go and clean and seal Granite tops or scrubbing the floors and than having to seal the tile and grout before home owners moved in. I service thousands homes from 1999 to present .. So to make a long story short I ended up loving this trade and it stuck with me for 19 years and still going strong, and I am proud to serve all the home owners and builders in Phoenix, Az.
