What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I charge by the room/area. A room/area is up to 300 feet. Any room or area over 300 feet is considered 2 rooms/areas. Everything I need to get your carpet as clean as possible is included in the price. Carpet protector is the only thing that is an extra cost but its optional. disclaimer- the price does not include moving furniture. I typically clean around furniture but I am more then happy to move any furniture necessary on request.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Regular vacuuming just wont cut it because vacuums are unable to reach down and lift the dirt and residue left behind from everyday activities. So what happens to that dirt? It stays there, helping to contaminate the atmosphere of your home or office. At Ultimate Floor Care, our qualified and experienced technicians are able to give you a thorough professional carpet cleaning, using the latest technology, with a customized approach. We’ll approach your carpets like they were our own, and give them the best deep cleaning possible. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I'm now using new and improved methods of making your natural stone floors look better then ever! Highly trained and qualified to get your floors looking beautiful the natural way! No top coats or enhancers! I'll give it a natural shine using new and innovative techniques. I am also trained in on site area rug cleaning, carpet and upholstery cleaning. I have over 20 years of experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

when I was 16 I went to work for a nursing home in house keeping and I started cleaning, stripping and waxing the floors for about 3 years. Then I went on to installing then carpet cleaning and the rest is history!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Steam cleaning is the most effective way to clean your carpets. Companies that use a bonnet or floor scrubber may damage your carpet and it does not get a real deep down clean, it only cleans the surface. Even if you don't hire me always go with companies that use steam cleaning for the best results. It is the most effected way to rid your carpet of microscopic organisms that live in the carpet like dust mites and dust mite feces. If done right your carpet will dry in a matter of a few hours.
