Once we've agreed on a plan, we'll either proceed with the cleaning immediately or schedule a date that works for you. After the cleaning is complete, we'll walk through the results together for your approval before finalizing payment.

While DIY can seem appealing, we strongly advise against using over-the-counter products if you're considering professional cleaning later. When describing the items or areas you need cleaned, we recommend including the material they are made of (ex, leather, wool, synthetic, laminate, natural stone) and their current condition (ex, good, fair, poor, or lightly, moderately, heavily soiled). Be sure to also mention any specific spots or odors you want the professionals to target.
