What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We will inspect your carpets to identify what is the best process for your situation. We will recommend and clean so that you are satisfied with the outcome.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We are IICRC certified. The IICRC is a certification and Standards Developing Organization (SDO) non-profit organization for the inspection, cleaning and restoration industries.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started cleaning carpets in 1985 right after high school. I took a break for while and started my business 5 years ago. I work hard to train our staff to do a great job at a fair price.

What types of customers have you worked with?

On a regular basis, we clean churches, doctor offices, restaurants and many, many residential buildings.
