What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Every shower, floor, countertop and backsplash are different and this is why wo do free in-home estimates. We don't have an hourly rate or square foot price. There are many factors that go into our pricing. Once we take a look we will email a proposal.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start by setting up a free estimate to look at your projects. During the estimate we listen to your concerns and we create a plan to best address those concerns. We go over our plan and explain what we can do and why. Lastly, answer any questions you have.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have been in business since 2006. Initially, we went through intensive training on different scenarios related to grout and tile cleaning and maintenance for different areas of the home. Each year we attend an annual conference and training where we learn about new technologies and products that we can incorporate into our business.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Bruce put himself through college doing construction. He has always liked working with his hands and enjoys the end result of completing a project. Bruce prides himself on doing things the right way. We don't take short cuts and make sure that what we do is in the best interest of the customer.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We work with customers with brand new homes and customers that have very old homes. Any customer that has grout and tile in their home we can work with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We recently had an older customer who could no longer use her shower because it was leaking into the ceiling. She had another shower in the basement, but it was hard for her to get up and down the stairs so she needed to use her main level shower again. In 1 day we regrouted and recaulked her shower so that the leak stopped and she was able to use her main level shower again.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Make sure you ask what their warranty is. If a contractor doesn't stand behind their work you should find someone else who does.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Why am I having these issues? Will you service fix these issues? What are the aftercare instructions?
