Introduction

There are many cleaners and fence construction companies, some good and some not so good. I consider my company one of the good ones because to borrow from another cleaner, "we clean to please". Whether it is cleaning or fence construction/repairs we are not happy until you are happy. We don't want to be just another cleaning or fence company. We try hard to make our prices competitive. If price is the issue, we can negotiate. C&R Restoration Services is pleased to add fence repair/installation to the list of other services, which include - tile and grout cleaning, carpet/upholstery cleaning, floor coatings, etc. Check out our pictures. Have been cleaning for almost 30 years and enjoy cleaning. Cleaning can be hard work, but I enjoy transforming a place or thing from dirty to clean.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Have a set price for floors in regular condition. If there are tough stains or conditions which takes more time than normal, an additional charge would apply.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

When working with a new customer, I would call or text them to get details. If more details are required, I would arrange for a visit. My visit consists of viewing the project, taking measurements, etc. I would then get the customer's email address and send them a detailed quote. My visits are free.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Factory trained on equipment and with the usage of chemicals.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started cleaning back in the 80's by accident. I was laid off from my job and was willing to work for myself then. I bought a cleaning franchise and loved it.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Have worked with all types of customers.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The most recent project was a fence design a customer saw on the internet and asked me if I could build such a design. I built a sampling of the design and the customer liked it. I was then given the go-ahead to build the fence. The project took longer than expected as it took more labor than expected, plus waiting on the permit took quite some time. It took over a month to complete; however, I enjoyed the project.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Meet with the contractor. Also, check references if necessary.
