At The Tile Guys, our pricing reflects the quality of work we deliver. We’re not the cheapest — and that’s on purpose. We use professional-grade materials, take the time to prep the space properly, and make sure every tile is set clean, level, and built to last.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We visit your home or job site, take measurements, discuss your design ideas, and answer your questions. We’ll also assess the condition of the space and any prep work needed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I’ve been in the tile and construction trade for over 20 years, learning everything hands-on through real job site experience.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Years ago, I began working on job sites, learning directly from experienced tile setters and contractors.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Over the years, I’ve worked with all types of customers — from homeowners doing full bathroom remodels to landlords and realtors I’ve worked with high-end clients who want luxury finishes, as well as budget-conscious families who need clean, reliable tile work that looks great and lasts.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent job I’m really proud of was a full 3- bathroom remodel in Delray Beach where we installed custom tile in three bathrooms and added brand new kitchen cabinets with a clean, modern tile backsplash. The client wanted a high-end look with a mix of marble and large-format porcelain, and we delivered exactly that.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

A real professional will give you a clear written estimate that outlines the full scope of work, payment terms, and timeline. If it’s not written down, don’t assume it will happen.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

What’s my ideal timeline? Know when you want the project to start and finish, and be realistic about delays.
