What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

We offer a free estimate. Our competitive prices are based on the square footage of the area, as well as the conditions of the surfaces to be cleaned. Our minimum fee is $95.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

The new customers hire our services in 4 simple steps: 1. The customers ********************************* to schedule an appointment. 2. We will visit the place where our services are required to provide a free estimate. We will take special attention to the costumers' needs. 3. We will coordinate with the costumer the date to perform the service. 4. The service will be rendered as scheduled, and the payment is completed.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have taken the following courses with the Academy of Cleaning Excellence (A.C.E.): 1. Floor Care Expert 2. Carpet Care Expert 3. Natural Stone Floor Surfaces Maintenance 4. Electrostatic Application Expert.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Due to the high cost of living in central Florida, we started the business ten years ago.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with construction companies, business owners, school districts, restaurants, and HOAs', among others.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We have stripped, waxed and burnish over 90,000 sq. ft. of vinyl composite tiles (VCT); vacuumed over 40,000 sq. ft of carpets; cleaned and sealed more than 55,000 sq. ft. of tiles and grout, and more than 15,000 sq ft of pavers.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Before hiring any company, we advise to our customers to ask to the prospective provider for evidence of their Certificate of Insurance. The costumer should also look in the company's website to see if there has been any complain, and how it has been resolved. We also recommend the customer to hire a company with experience. Sometimes cheap is expensive.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Before calling any company, they should think about the registration, insurance, experience and industry credibility of the professional. They should also ask about the types of the cleaning products to be used, and the projected time to complete the project.
