What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Pricing is determined by the scale of project. I am reasonable and understand certain specifics are preferred. I never try to take advantage or go over market comparable prices for our quality of work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We make our initial contact, and we discuss meeting up in person to design or visualize what is desired. We make a personable impression so there's no confusion as to who you are working with. Once a relationship is established with maintain a constant line of communication.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

We have over 85+ homes renovated to date and have been approved by HomeAdvisor Pros.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always had a passion for home presentation and design. I visualize the current and modern trends that are appearing in homes today and I captivate that in the work I perform. I've always had a difficult time accepting builders and cookie-cutter homes where people can express themselves truly. I said to myself I want to make that expression.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I've worked with a multitude of clients ranging from new homeowners to homeowners who've owned their homes but want a change of style.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

A recent project we've completed was a coffered ceiling with light toned wood alongside white crown molding that accented the entire ceiling. Added with a light hue of blue to add a modern yet formal Floridian look. It took us 15 days, but it was all well worth the time and detail.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

If you are looking for a provider in the area, I would say find someone who you can truly feel you can trust. First impressions are always important along with humility. There's no such thing as working without transparency and trust from beginning to end.

Do you have any previous clients with whom you have any testimonials? Have you ever completed this type of work or similar? You're a local in the area and are you accessible to reach directly?
