We offer a complimentary on-site estimate and demonstration to ensure an honest and accurate quote.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We schedule a time for the on-site estimate and then if the customer would like to move forward we then schedule the work.

Over 50+ years experience in this industry serving Broward county.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

By purchasing my own maintenance company that worked in residential and commercial projects.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

I would tell them that the on-site quote is really necessary in order for them to receive an honest and accurate quote. I've heard many stories of other companies giving a price over the phone and then raising the price once they arrive to do the work which is very misleading.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

They should see if they offer a warranty on the grout color sealer. That is a very important question. We offer a 10 year warranty on our grout color sealing. *Proper maintenance by the owner is required.
