What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Here is a typical process of working with a new client for house painting: Initial consultation. We determine the client's wishes, inspect the site, make recommendations. Estimating costs. We select the required amount of paint and materials, calculate labor costs, form the total price. Signing the contract and approving the estimate. We record agreements on timing, guarantees. Surface preparation. Spackling, priming, crack treatment for better adhesion. Painting itself. Working with brushes, rollers, sprayers in protective masks in stages. Clean up after work. Inspecting results and acceptance by the client. Fixing any defects found. Final payment and signing the work acceptance certificate. We always aim to maximize meeting the client's wishes and strive to do quality work!
