Just be sure that a good and professional job will not always have the best price but at the same time it will never be above market value.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Identify his real need to understand whether or not I can help him solve his problem.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I lived for many years managing a family service company in the area of home decoration. I took many courses there, including on the purpose of always working on the concept of making the customer satisfied.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Four years ago, I needed to make a part time and my friend was getting a grout and tile cleaning and sealing and he invited me to work with him. I never stopped to doing this, because I love to see the satisfaction eyes of the clients, after each job.

What types of customers have you worked with?

With all types and levels, social, economic and cultural. The secret is, anyone who works with people needs to enjoy dealing with people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a client's house that had a lot of stains on the tile due to his dog and his attempt to solve the problem with steam cleaning! That floor was very dirty and stained, but after 5 long hours of hard work, with all our professional equipment, our non-toxic but very efficient products, we left the floor in that house looking like new and with enormous joy on the faces of that couple of clients.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Find out that the company is a specialist in grout sealing and floor cleaning, that they use correct equipment and non-toxic products, and above all that they understand that customer satisfaction should be their main goal.

What method, equipment and products will be used in the project.
