How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got started after years of hands-on experience working for a tile and grout restoration company, where I gained the skills and knowledge to offer quality services on my own.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One recent project we’re proud of involved restoring a heavily stained shower and regrouting the floor of a high-traffic bathroom. The tile had years of buildup, and the grout was discolored and cracking. We deep-cleaned, regrouted, and sealed the entire area — transforming it to look brand new. The job took about one full day, and the client was thrilled with the results.
