What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

There are many reasons why I can not estimate quickly over the phone or through email. The reason is because virtually every floor is unique. Some floors clean easily while others have coatings and/or other various sealers. Even simple coatings like mop and glow will build a coating which will need to be stripped. There are other factors that go into pricing, such as size of the area(s), type of tile, conditions of tile and grout, as well as other pre-existing conditions. This same type of detailed analysis is incorporated regardless of the flooring, I.e. Carpet, brick, concrete, etc.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I will do a complete analysis. Do testing and inspection. Do a demo sections whenever possible so that we both can see together with our own eyes what to expect for results. A written free estimate will be provided.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have been specializing in hard surface restoration for nearly 10 years. I have been to countless training seminars, forums and classes. I am a certified carpet and hard surface cleaner. Certified by the IICRC. I pride myself on efficiency. Investing in the best tools, solutions and products on the market.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

This would be a very long story. The short answer is God has used all my previous life and job experience to mold me into a tile and grout cleaning expert. It took some wondering in the dessert, but I feel like I have crossed into where God wants me to be.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Like anything you get what you pay for. I will be fair and competitive with my pricing. And delivery the results that have been set forth beforehand. I have the tools, training and experience. I have driven past signs that will read "carpet cleaning - whole house for $59.99". I don't know these folks or their process but this is not me. Maybe some do a good job at this price, honestly I don't know and don't see how.

If you are specifically looking to deep clean your tile and grout floors, you have things to consider. Such as should we seal the floor? Do we want a typical coating? Matte finish? Glossy finish? Is there an issue with mild? Slip hazard? Are you having difficulty keeping and maintaining the floors? I will assist with trying to understand your situation and offer professional advise and solutions.
