What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

* Determine condition and location of tile and grout * Understand current issues and desired expectation of customer. * Inform customer on their options. * Submit a proposal, schedule a start date & deliver results.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I worked for a condo where I performed overnight maintenance duties. Over the course of 9 years I learned how to use floor machine's on various types of surfaces. Stone, vinyl and ceramic. More importantly I understand the proper use of chemicals.

Home owners, small buisness owners, day care facilities, condo association's, property managers, cleaning companies, etc.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We treat every job as a unique service important to our client. It's very satisfying restoring dirty showers or neglected floors. Restoring white Carrara marble is always extremely satisfying.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Don't just fall for the lowest price. Make sure an attractive price comes with attractive before and after project photos, good reviews and a knowledgeable technician.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do you know the exact tile type? Do you remember or have the receipt with the purchased tile name? Approx or exact square footage. Is the area empy or will the tech need to move furniture? Any keys, codes or lock up instructions?
