We offer a 10% Discount to Seniors, Active Military & Military Veterans & First Responders. We prefer cash/check payments. We accept credit/debit cards but we charge a 5% Credit card processing fee for debit & credit cards.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

We start with a free in-home estimate.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

IICRC ( Institute of Inspection Cleaning and Restoration Certification ) Certified in Carpet, Tile & Upholstery Cleaning. Also Certified through Shaw. Taken classes on Hardwood cleaning and VCT Refinishing. Even taken classes on epoxy installation just to learn the best ways to clean epoxy floor. We stay up do date with education in the industry and make sure to take at least 2 classes per year that pertain to the flooring industry.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Been working in the flooring industry first helping out a flooring installer, then in the office of a flooring retailer, and in 2015 started cleaning carpets. Started the business in 2016 and continued to expand my knowledge of floor cleaning processes.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Homeowner, business owners, landlords, building maintenance professionals and supervisors, etc.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Get multiple quotes and ask for their processes...

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Do they vaccum carpets/sweep hard surfaces? Pre-treat the areas? Do they scrub the areas they've pretreated? Do they have pet-treatments available if needed?
