What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

My pricing may be more on the higher side, but all the proper work that I supply makes it worth the money. I don't believe in taking shortcuts, cleaning out of order, or cleaning super fast and not doing a good job. I do everything by the book and take my time because I care about my clients and care about what I do and I enjoy it to the fullest and every customer I have had thus far have been happy because I provide great customer service, proper work step by step by the book and educate about everything that I do.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Understanding their needs by asking questions, giving solutions to the problem, and providing the best service to satisfy the customer.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I Have 10 years of experience in the carpet cleaning industry and I am certified in carpet cleaning, Upholstery cleaning, Area rug cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Urine removal, and Carpet repair & stretching.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started this work back in 2012 and did not mind it what so ever I love that you can travel to different cities and meet new people every day and just knowing that every house has there set of challenges but it makes me grow and gain knowledge of what to look out for. With all the years of experience, I have seen the high and low of this industry and felt that it was definitely time to open up my own business and I am excited!

What types of customers have you worked with?

I had some difficult customers and some great customers but all in all, I love to solve the problems that people have and always know how to ease customers to make sure we can be on the same page.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

The best project I have done was one that I did every service including carpet cleaning, Upholstery, Tile & Grout, Area rugs, Granite cleaning and polish, Carpet Stretching and Repair, and Pet odor Treatment. It did take me about 5 to 6 hours but the results were Fantastic! The customer was skeptical at first and did not think we would get it looking that good but we did succeed and the client was super happy and saved her thousands of dollars!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

My advice is to look for the certificates and experience because that is the most important because people like that understand their field and know how to give you the greatest service possible and not cut corners.
