What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

I'm very hard working and very dedicated in what I do. I always want things to be done perfectly, because I feel like if I'm not happy with my own work, my clients will not be too.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

After I received the cleaning requested, I normally respond with in 3 minutes by phone call, email or text massage. It depends on how they requested the service and I only try to get in touch with customer for 2 or 3 times. If they don't respond I assumed they decide to go on a different direction.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I worked with different companies before I have my own business and during those times I was very well trained with some of this companies. And along with that I learned a lot by been out there and doing it for many years, eving today I still taking some of my busy time to learn on how to reinforce my techniques to better assist my customers.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Since I started working in the industry, I always wanted to have my own business. After several years doing it I felt that I was enough experience to have my own business, and today I'm very proud of the decision I made at the right time.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We have worked with many different customers in the past 26 years in the cleaning industry. The majority includes cleaning offices, daycares, schools, banks, fitness clubs, condominium, retail stores and many more.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

We cleaned a carpet in restaurant dining room area. They tried 4 different cleaning companies and no one performed the quality of work they were looking for. And they hired Radiant Cleaning Services. They said we will be their carpet cleaning company to do all the their locations because of high quality work we did.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask if the company is local. Other important things is to ask for live testimonials, also ask how they perform the work and make sure if it's relevant to their web site and if their services and prices is comparable.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

Reputation, experience, bond and insurance and what type of equipment used to perform the services.
