What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

Do not request project quotes if your not ready or serious for project. Thumbtack charges professionals on its platform fees for every lead. My pricing for jobs differ due to job specifics, time schedules, material choices, prep work, and tile selection and pattern.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

I request dimensions of work space, discuss desired type of tiles and patterns. I also request pictures of the work space for quotation purposes. I request customer to send details over messaging or directing to my cell number.

I have learned from qualified professionals that worked for numerous years which helped start my business.

I have worked with both residential and commercial clients who want standard and custom work done.

Make sure the business is licensed and insured. look at their portfolio of jobs and their reviews.

Whats my budget. What time do I have for projects. Do I know what design and layout I want. Do I know how many square feet I have measured. Do I know where to buy tiles and materials.
