What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

In the cleaning industry you can't really have a standard pricing. To clean a 100sqft building that has never been cleaned would cost more to clean then one that has been up kept. I price them according to the needs of the customer and the detail of the job.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

First, I like to meet the new customers and let them get a feel for the type of business person that I am and then introduce to our company and our ethics. I still believe in good customer service and the tradition that a person's word is their bond. I show them that we are licensed, bonded, and professional.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I was trained in our United States military. I have learned what it means to have a white glove inspection.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I got my initial training in the military scrubbing barracks and cleaning the ships for inspections. Later, I received professional industry training from one of the leading janitorial franchises, but I got tired of seeing the customers over charged.

What types of customers have you worked with?

We currently have the contracts for U-Haul, Martin and Bailey Convenient Stores and Gas Stations (Hucks), Abra Auto Body and detailing Shop, Local Churches, Schools, New Constructions (Family Dollar thru Blanton Construction), Hospitals, Dental Clinics, and Warehouses/Office Buildings.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I am fond of all our jobs. We leave a bit of our character in every building and take our name and our reputation seriously!

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Ask for references. Make sure at least they have a good character reference.

What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?

An honest answer is not always a favorable answer. Sometimes there may be bad news. Don't always go with the company who will just tell you what you want to hear.
