What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

Making them feel comfortable with me and answering all questions before any work begins. Giving them the detailed quote of the work in writing before and after.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

In KC I started with Kenny's tile for 4 years, then went on my own sub contacting from McDermott tile, Northcraft flooring, Midland marble, and others.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

Started helping my brother after school and during my summers when I was 14.

What types of customers have you worked with?

Multi million dollar homes to foreclosed flips and everything in between. I enjoy meeting all kinds of different people.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

Holmes beach, FL. Was a new build recently completed. It was tiled in stages so the job took 3 months. Everything in house was custom. Have some pics in my profile.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Do they spend the time answering your questions honestly? Will they be doing the install or will they sub contract it out to someone? Do they specialize in tile, or do they claim to master them all?

Do you want the project done right or just the cheapest?
