What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

It starts with a brief consultation — either over the phone or in person — to understand the customer’s needs, space, and expectations. Then, we provide a clear, no-obligation quote. Once approved, we schedule the service at a convenient time and arrive fully prepared with all the necessary supplies. After the cleaning, we do a walkthrough (if the client is available) to ensure satisfaction. We also follow up for feedback and offer ongoing service options if desired.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

Our Team has completed training in sanitation protocols, OSHA safety standards, and proper use of professional-grade cleaning products. Our team is also trained in handling specialty surfaces and working efficiently without compromising quality. Ongoing learning is part of our company culture to ensure we’re always using the most effective and safest cleaning techniques.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I started BrightWorks Cleaning Solutions because I’ve always had a passion for cleanliness, organization, and helping people feel comfortable in their space. After working in customer service and property management, I realized there was a real need for dependable, high-quality cleaning services. What began as a few side jobs quickly grew into a full-time business built on trust, consistency, and client satisfaction.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

One project that stands out was a deep clean for a large residential home that had just undergone renovations. The client needed help getting everything spotless before moving back in. Our team spent about 8 hours carefully removing dust, sanitizing all surfaces, and restoring shine to the floors, fixtures, and windows. The transformation was incredible — the homeowners were thrilled, and it was rewarding to bring their space back to life.
