What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

50 cent per sqft for carpet cleaning. Rugs pricing are different according to the sizes. 5%Discount For First Time Customers. Toll is not included in the pricing. you can pay by cash, credit card, or check.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

To inspect the carpet or rug for any damage prior to clean and do a complete dry vacuum using a commercial vacuum. spray a pre spray solution that's break down all stains, spot, and grease then extract with a rinsing solution leaving your carpet and rug totally deep clean.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a 13 years experience in carpet cleaning. and also I was honor as the best carpet cleaner on thumbtack and also become a top pro for 7 consecutive years.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I was a mover for 15 years, after going to customers house's and see couchs carpets and rugs that's need to be clean. that is what inspire me to do this business.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I work with some of the best customer,but some customer need you to explain the process of the cleaning.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I did a job for a customer that never clean is carpet for ten years. He was wondering what the result of the cleaning is going to look like. The result turn out so great the carpet looks brand new the customer was so happy I told the customer I love my job as long as you are happy that's all what matter it was 5 rooms and it takes 4hr to complete the job.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

The pro should have at least one year experience and certified.
