I charge for labor only — you’re welcome to supply your own materials, or I can assist for a sourcing/delivery fee. No hidden costs, just fair rates for clean, respectful work.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

You can share a few details to help us get started — there’s a quick way to do that online. That gives me a better sense of your project and what you’re aiming for. From there, I can offer recommendations or ask for measurements/photos. Once materials are confirmed, I’ll provide a clear labor quote and we can schedule the work.

What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

My experience is hands-on from working alongside skilled contractors and masons. I’m also trained in safety, insured, and bonded — and I keep studying the craft to stay sharp.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I grew up around trades and started hands-on with layout, prep, and finishes. I began doing tile during remodels and stuck with it because I enjoy the precision and patience it takes to do it right.

What types of customers have you worked with?

I’ve worked with general contractors, real estate investors, small business owners, and homeowners. Every job’s a little different, but I focus on showing up, doing clean work, and keeping communication clear no matter who I’m working with.

Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?

I recently completed a bathroom floor and shower surround for a homeowner who supplied the materials. It took about 4 days, and I made sure every tile was set with care and fully waterproofed. They loved the final result — clean lines, no stress.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always ask about prep, substrate, and how they plan to waterproof (if applicable). A clean install starts before the first tile is set. Hire someone who takes their time and can explain the process, not just the price.

Have your tile size and style picked out (or ask for help). Know if you need demo, leveling, or waterproofing. And decide if you’re supplying materials or want help sourcing them.
