I take my time getting to know each customer and what they need. I go over, in detail, what the project requires so we're all on the same page.

Every Grout Medic franchise receives proper training and follow up support.

How did you get started doing this type of work?

I've always been hands on, and detailed in my work. The Grout Medic was a perfect fit.

What types of customers have you worked with?

95 % of our customer base is residential. A large portion of those are in retirement communities.

What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

Always know the entire process. Make sure all questions are answered and that there are no surprises at the end.
